Vinyasa Flow

Sequences linked with the breath β€” strong, creative, and fluid. Expect to move, sweat a little, and leave feeling clear.

Yin & Restorative

Slow, supported, deep

Yin & Restorative

Long holds (3–5 minutes) with bolsters and blankets. Targets connective tissue, joints and the parasympathetic nervous system.

Gentle 75 min
Hatha Foundations

Classical, precise, kind

Hatha Foundations

Slower-paced postures held with mindful alignment. The perfect place for beginners and for refining the basics.

Beginners 60 min
Pranayama & Meditation

Stillness as practice

Pranayama & Meditation

Traditional breath techniques (nadi shodhana, ujjayi, box breath) followed by guided seated meditation.

Power Flow

Stronger, faster, deeper

Power Flow

A dynamic, athletic Vinyasa with arm balances and inversions. Recommended for experienced practitioners.
