Slow, supported, deep
Long holds (3β5 minutes) with bolsters and blankets. Targets connective tissue, joints and the parasympathetic nervous system.
Classical, precise, kind
Slower-paced postures held with mindful alignment. The perfect place for beginners and for refining the basics.
Stillness as practice
Traditional breath techniques (nadi shodhana, ujjayi, box breath) followed by guided seated meditation.
Stronger, faster, deeper
A dynamic, athletic Vinyasa with arm balances and inversions. Recommended for experienced practitioners.
For every trimester
Gentle, safe practice for pregnancy and the postnatal period. Modifications and breath work for each stage.
